Passion,  Performance,  Progression.

These are the three words that are the core of who I am and how I do business.

I was born and raised in Toronto and predominantly grew up in the GTA. Having  also had the opportunity to live in  Alberta and  Newfoundland  I felt most content  when I lived in The Kawartha lakes.

It was here that I discovered, if I were given the choice, I would reside permanently. From a child’s perspective it offered a different way of life than the city. A sense of freedom, adventure and a feeling of deep-seated contentment. It is where I felt most rooted.

Endless summer days of fishing, boating and swimming off the dock; along with hikes in the woods, kept us busy for what felt like a lifetime. Those hikes in the woods blossomed into my lifelong interest in birds, specifically raptors.

The winters were just as exciting for me. There were endless opportunities for sledding, ice fishing on the lake, and snowshoeing. Not to mention making snow forts.

Sadly, our family moved back to the city. At that time, the move was unwelcomed, but eventually afforded me to go to college and start a career in retail management.

After studying Fashion Management at George Brown College, I am proud to say I had many successful years in the retail sector, as of a highly sought-after retail manager This is where I built upon my core values and business skills.

In 2008 I married my best friend David Dibranou; a lifelong resident of Richmond Hill, Ontario. As a couple we positioned ourselves in Brampton. It was the only place where we could get into the market at the time (2007). Buying our first house was the best experience! We owed it all to a group of passionate individuals who guided us through the process of home ownership. This experience planted a seed for my future career in Real Estate.

In 2013 our son Quinn was born. Seeing the joy on my sons face when we would visit family in the Kawartha Lakes started me thinking. We decided to make the move and settle in Bobcaygeon.

My PASSION to serve you is my priority! I will inform, educate and guide you through an established Real Estate goal. This is what I love to do! Whether you know what you want or need me to assist you along the way, I will ensure that you will have as much information as possible to achieve your goal.

I am a powerful negotiator with a proven track record. Given that Real Estate is an ever-changing industry; upgrading and staying on the forefront is imperative.
